Trevor completed his Bachelors of Human Kinetics and Masters of Physical Therapy both at the University of British-Columbia. In addition, Trevor has worked extensively with high-level sports teams including the UBC varsity soccer and rugby teams as well as with the women’s national field hockey team. In working with his clients, he integrates his experiences to develop comprehensive, individualized rehabilitation programs to assist them in returning to health and activity as effectively as possible. He applies his knowledge of biomechanics and the physical demands of sport to help his clients understand the root cause of pain and injury and the essential changes required for successful recovery. Trevor continues to upgrade his skills and knowledge through active research, mentorship and pursuing his manual therapy levels.

An avid athlete himself, Trevor competed in high-level soccer and currently spends his spare time hiking, snowshoeing, snowboarding, rock climbing, kayaking and canoeing in the surrounding backcountry of his native hometown of Vancouver. In the future, Trevor hopes to develop on-field rehabilitation programs to assist clients’ return to sport in their environment of performance.
