Andrew’s approach integrates hands-on manual therapy, functional exercise and patient education. He values listening to patients’ stories and sharing insights about their condition to optimize their recovery.
He has clinical experience at VGH’s Joint Replacement and Orthopaedic Trauma units, providing understanding of the patient experience throughout the continuum of care. He works with a diverse orthopaedic caseload including children, adults, weekend warriors and athletes. He also has clinical volunteer experience with the Australian national wheelchair basketball program and Vancouver Whitecaps FC’s Sports Medicine team.
Growing up between Australia and Vancouver, Andrew performed at a state level in both soccer and basketball. He realized his passion for rehabilitation after experiencing the highs and lows of three separate reconstructive surgeries following sporting injuries. He is currently training to complete his first Ironman.
Andrew would love to meet you and hear about your movement goals.
